3. Fluid connection indirect heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that connects two surface heat exchangers with a circulating heat carrier. The heat carrier circulates between the high-temperature fluid heat exchanger and the low-temperature fluid, receiving heat in the high-temperature fluid and releasing heat to the low-temperature fluid in the low-temperature fluid heat exchanger.

4. Direct contact heat exchanger, also known as hybrid heat exchanger, is a device where two fluids come into direct contact and mix with each other for heat exchange, such as a cooling tower, gas condenser, etc.

5. A compound heat exchanger is a device that combines both steam water surface indirect heat transfer and water water direct mixed flow heat transfer. Compared with the steam water surface indirect heat transfer, it has higher heat transfer efficiency; Compared with direct mixing of steam and water for heat exchange, it has higher stability and lower unit noise.

2. Strictly control the softened water. Water quality control is quite important. Before carrying out the treatment of softened water quality, it is necessary to carefully inspect the water and softening tank water quality in the system, and only after confirming that they are qualified can injection treatment be carried out.

3. New system verification. For some new systems, it is not possible to immediately switch use with the heat exchanger. First, the new system needs to be run for a specified period of time to establish an operating mode before the heat exchanger can be integrated into the system for use. The purpose of doing so is entirely to avoid impurities in the pipeline damaging the heat exchanger equipment.
