Safety valve
The function of a safety valve is to automatically open when the pressure inside the equipment exceeds the specified requirements, release the excess pressure, and return the equipment to its normal working pressure state. After the pressure returns to normal, the safety valve automatically closes.
After the safety valve has been verified, it is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily increase the set pressure of the safety valve or cause the safety valve to fail by adding heavy objects, moving heavy hammers, or jamming the valve disc.

Pressure gauge
The range of the pressure gauge should be adapted to the working pressure of the equipment, usually 1.5 to 3 times the working pressure, preferably 2 times. A red line should be drawn on the pressure gauge dial to indicate the maximum allowable working pressure. The connecting pipe of the pressure gauge should not have any water or steam leakage, otherwise it will reduce the reading of the pressure gauge.

Explosive disc
The blasting disc device consists of blasting discs and corresponding clamps. Blasting discs are generally divided into several types, such as shear type, bending type, normal arch tension type, normal arch crack type, and reverse arch type.

Temperature measuring instrument
Pressure vessels that require wall temperature control should be equipped with temperature measuring instruments (or thermometers) for testing wall temperature.

Liquid level meter
The liquid level gauge for pressure vessels should be selected based on the medium, maximum allowable working pressure, and temperature of the pressure vessel.

Pressure relief valve
When the working pressure of a pressure vessel is lower than the pressure source pressure, a pressure reducing valve should be installed on the pipeline leading to the inlet of the pressure vessel. If the pressure reducing valve cannot guarantee reliable operation due to medium conditions, a regulating valve can be used instead of the pressure reducing valve.

Emergency cut-off device
Its function is to urgently close the valve and quickly cut off the gas source when the pipeline and its accessories rupture, misoperation occurs, or a fire accident occurs near the tanker, preventing the accident from spreading and expanding.

Safety interlock device for quick opening pressure vessels
The quick opening safety interlock alarm device is an effective measure to prevent operational accidents in quick opening pressure vessels. Its function is to:
a. The interlocking control function that can only increase the pressure and operate when the quick opening door reaches the predetermined closing position;
b. When the internal pressure of the pressure vessel is completely released and the safety interlock device is disengaged, the interlocking linkage function of the quick opening door can be opened;
c. It has an alarm function synchronized with the above actions.
